We’re seeking a motivated and detail-driven Sign Specialist with a strong background in interior Wayfinding and ADA-compliant signage to help us elevate the spaces our clients live and work in—especially in critical healthcare settings.
About the Role:
As our new Sign Specialist, you’ll work directly with our project management team and clients—many of whom are facility managers, architects, and designers—to design, specify, and maintain signage systems. Your expertise will ensure our ADA signage not only complies with regulations but also complements the built environment with style and clarity.

About the Role:
As our new Sign Specialist, you’ll work directly with our project management team and clients—many of whom are facility managers, architects, and designers—to design, specify, and maintain signage systems. Your expertise will ensure our ADA signage not only complies with regulations but also complements the built environment with style and clarity.
You’ll play a vital role in:
- Advising on best practices for wayfinding and ADA signage
- Assisting in the design and specification of signage systems
- Supporting ongoing updates and maintenance of sign programs
- Collaborating with vendors and production teams to ensure quality and accuracy
- Staying current on evolving ADA standards and new material options
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience with interior and ADA signage in a B2B setting (healthcare experience a big plus)
- Strong knowledge of ADA sign construction and relevant materials
- A sharp eye for design and layout; Adobe Creative Suite experience is a bonus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you know how to speak to both designers and facilities managers
- A dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record
- High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset
