The Production Specialist plays a key role in the hands-on creation and delivery of custom signage, graphics, and displays.
This is a full time, onsite (Plymouth) position.
Responsibilities include executing print production, lamination, picture framing, and assembly of a wide range of signage products. This role is also accountable for quality control, equipment operation and upkeep, and ensuring timely and accurate project completion.
Collaboration with the Production Manager and the rest of the team is essential to maintain workflow, meet deadlines, and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow daily job priorities as directed by the Production Manager
- Operate printers, laminators, cutters, and other production equipment safely and effectively
- Perform finishing tasks such as mounting, trimming, and framing
- Conduct thorough quality control checks on all outgoing work
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area
- Perform light maintenance on equipment as needed
- Assist with occasional on-site installations or deliveries
Additional Duties:
- Receive and verify vendor shipments
- Participate in scheduled inventory counts
- Help train teammates on machinery and production techniques
- Represent Image360 professionally when on-site with clients
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication
- A positive, professional, team-first attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record required
